So, how do I like it? Is Book of the Month worth the money? Well, let me…

2022 was the year I realized that mystery/thrillers are one of my very favorite genres. I love them. Its the constant guessing game that happens in my head throughout the whole book. I find myself able to get so lost in these books…probably because I am actively trying to figure out “whodunnit” the entire time. I finished so many amazing thrillers in 2022…but I managed to narrow it down to 5 favorites! So, without further ado, my Top 5 Thrillers from 2022! My Latest 5 Star Read- Anatomy: A Love Story
Does anyone else ever suffer from short term memory loss when it comes to remembering things that happened in a book? If I don’t immediately get my reviews together I have zero hope of remembering a single solitary thing that happened in a book. Names of characters? Gone. Setting? Not a clue. Plot? Yeah…no…dont know. So, I am really trying my best to get things typed up before they escape my brain. Especially when it comes to a book that I absolutely adore. I just finished Anatomy: A Love Story and it was an absolute 5 star read for me. Have you read it? Let’s chat! Anatomy: A Love Story…

Hollow Fires- A Powerful New Book from Samira Ahmed
I don’t often struggle to put my thoughts on a book into words. I can usually gather my thoughts and get them to form (mostly) coherent words without too much trouble. That is most definitely NOT the case with Hollow Fires. This book just hits differently. I think part of it is because while it is a work of fiction, there is so much real in this book. So much relevance. So much pain. So much TRUTH. One thing I CAN put into words is that this book is powerful. Hollow Fires is a powerful book…and it is going to have people talking! I would like to thank my friends…
